All student registrants must provide, through email to the Conference Secretariat (conferences@fastravel.gr), proof of their student status (i.e. Student ID, Certification from their academic institution) within five (5) days from their registration. Not presenting a valid proof of student status will result in canceling your registration.
IEEE Members must be sure that they provided the correct IEEE Member Number. Not providing an active IEEE Member Number will result in canceling your registration.
Please, use the submission ID of your paper as it is declared in the EasyChair platform.
Tickets can also be purchased onsite at the conference secretariat. Cost per ticket is 50€

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your registration has been validated by the IEEE ISC2 2025 conference management, a receipt will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. Please remember to check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered.
